Refund Policy

FitSphere Refund Policy for StepBuddy Challenge Packages
This Refund Policy applies to StepBuddy challenge packages purchased online via Stripe from
FitSphere OÜ: 1 challenge (€300 + VAT) and 3 challenges (€600 + VAT).

  1. Scope
    This policy applies only to the StepBuddy challenge packages described above and to payments
    successfully processed via Stripe.
  2. Refund window:
    Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the payment date.
  3. Eligibility conditions:
    A refund is available only if the relevant challenge has not been activated and no employees
    have started taking part in that challenge.
  4. Non-refundable cases:
    Once a challenge has been activated for the customer’s team or employees have started
    taking part, that challenge is non-refundable.
  5. How to request a refund
    To request a refund, send an email to info@thefitsphere.com from the email address used for the
    purchase, stating the company name, purchaser’s name, purchase date, package purchased,
    and Stripe order or receipt details.
  6. Processing time
    Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and credited back to the original payment
    method used for the purchase.
  7. Partial refunds for the 3-challenge package
    If none of the 3 challenges has been activated, the customer is entitled to a full refund. If 1 or 2
    challenges have already been activated and started, FitSphere may refund the unused and
    unactivated remaining challenges on a pro rata basis at a rate of €200 per unused challenge, provided the refund request is made within the 14-day refund window. No refund is available for any
    challenge that has already been activated or started.
