The FitSphere app is available for free on Google Play and the App Store. Always keep the app updated – updates ensure better performance and new features.
FitSphere supports eight connection methods: Apple Health, Google Fit, Health Connect, FitSphere tracker, Fitbit, Garmin, Polar and Suunto. Activate the connection in the app settings and make sure that access rights are allowed.
You automatically collect activity minutes using your smartwatch or fitness app. It is considered moderate to vigorous intensity activity that raises your heart rate above a normal walking pace.
Find the "Private Challenge" button on the app's home page and enter the code you received from your organization's contact person. After confirming the code, you will see and be able to join your company's challenge.
Public challenges are open to all users. Open the desired challenge, click "Join" and follow your progress on the live leaderboard. Prizes will be drawn among those who complete the goal.
The activity will only be included in the race record after registartion on the home page. Click "Register" on the home page – steps, minutes, distance and kilocalories will be recorded.
Collect points with activity and exchange them for rewards. Click on "Rewards" in the menu, choose the offer you like and confirm the purchase. You will receive a code or instructions on how to claim your reward.
Monitoring is started from the "Activity" button in the left corner of the app's home page – select the activity type and track your results directly from the app.
